A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Phillips is an experienced construction professional. His wealth of experience cuts across telecoms, construction, hospitality, dredging and land reclamation.

He is a consultant to a number of companies, some of which are Petrolex Oil and Gas, Nego Dredging Limited and Oliver Hanson Services Limited. He also sits on the board of Knightsbridge Limited, 501 Corporate Solutions Limited and Trident Limited as Non-Executive Director. He is the MD/CEO of Jodanhil Integrated Services Limited.

Usen Ekere Martha

Mrs Usen is a product of the prestigious University of Lagos, Imo State University, Owerri and Abia State University, Uturu, where she bagged her LLM, LLB Degrees in Law and Master’s Degree in Public Administration respectively. She proceeded to the Nigerian Law School and obtained her BL. Also, she attended the Federal Polytechnic, Nekede where she obtained a Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Administration.

She is a Chartered Secretary and a Fellow (FCIS) of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). A Chartered Arbitrator and a Supply Chain and Logistics Management Specialist. Mrs Usen also attended the National Broadcast Academy where she obtained Diploma certificates in Public Speaking and Broadcasting. She has equally participated in the prestigious Lagos Business School for Senior Management Program.

She has had over 30 years of Working Experience spanning from Banking to Legal Practice and had worked variously as an Administrative Secretary with the then Cooperative and Commerce Bank Nigeria Limited, Out Consortium Nigeria Limited – a Fund Management Consultants for the defunct Petroleum Trust Fund and ‘The Firm Chambers’ as a Legal Practitioner. She worked as Company Secretary for National and Multinational Companies in Nigeria.

Eric Ayodeji Fatanmi

Eric Ayodeji Fatanmi is a founding director of Consultoria Foresight Limitada, Sao Paulo, Brazil. He has initiated various infrastructural projects in many African states through partnerships with Infrastructural Banks and tailored skills from Multinational firms with the required expertise for the project.

He sits as the Chairman of the board of EM Towers Limited with more than 30 years of experience in the corporate and business world. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing from The Universidade De Sao Paulo, Brazil with professional expertise and exposure in the fields of Infrastructure, Projects and Funding.

He relocated to Nigeria in 2006 to set up Consultoria Foresight Limited to closely monitor ongoing projects in Africa. Due to his Fluency in Portuguese, coupled with his wide business experience, he consults for a number of Brazilian and Portuguese firms doing business in Africa.  In 2021, he was appointed the Nigerian Director of Ecman Construction Company (Nigeria)Ltd, a subsidiary of Ecman Engenharia Ltda, a major Construction & Engineering company in Brazil, with a business presence in Angola, Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru Panama and Nigeria incontinent of South America, Central America and Africa respectively.

Cynthia Usen

Cynthia Usen has nearly 20years of experience in Procurement, Business Development, Interior Design and Real Estate. With a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Uyo, she’s currently the Procurement Manager for an Interior Design Firm, with a detailed emphasis on designs and business development.

She was saddled with the responsibility of setting up the American showroom of the Interior Design firm in Dallas, Texas. This afforded her the opportunity to deal directly with manufacturers and owners of top luxury brands in furniture, lighting, beddings, tiles, rugs, blinds and electronics.

She has participated in various fairs and training on Interior design and real estate in Europe, Asia and the United States. She sits on the board of EM Towers Limited as a Non-Executive Director

GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR

Olufemi Adesina

Olufemi A. Adesina is a Financial, Marketing and Management professional with over 20 years of extensive and diverse experience in Finance, Private Equity, Banking, Audit & Assurance, Venture Capital, Marketing, Marketing Communication, Sales and Administration.


He started his career with KPMG before moving to the business group of a new generation bank. He later moved to the Financial Control and Strategic Planning Unit of the bank. He was the pioneer Managing Director of Fluffy Funds Limited, a Venture Capital & Private equity firm. He has done extensive, strategic business development drive-in Togo, Republique Du Benin and Ghana for a Spanish Trading and Manufacturing group.


He consulted for a number of firms, with core competence in Funding, Resource Optimization, Strategic Expansion and Corporate Restructuring. He is a fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, Fellow of the Certified Institute of Purchasing & Supply of Nigeria. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, from Kensington University, Glendale, California. He also sits on the board of a number of reputable, quoted companies.

John Ohoneme Musah

Ohoneme John graduated from Edo State University  Ekpoma, studying Business Education (Accounting). He obtained his post-graduate degrees from the University of Benin, Benin City and a Master’s degree (Business Administration) from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho, Oyo State. He is a certified member of the Institute of Management Accountants of Nigeria.

His career started with Teknoleen Nigeria Limited in 2006 as an Accountant where he rose to become Head, of Finance and Accounts in 2010 due to outstanding performance. He was later appointed the Chief Financial Officer of the Group after business re-engineering was undertaken by the Group. He was part of a team that deployed enterprise resource planning solutions for the group.

He exhibited convincing mental maturity and outstanding performance when he joined Impacto Trading Nigeria Limited; (a subsidiary of Impacto Grupo World S.A in 2012) as an Assistant Financial Controller; an active member of the Group Enterprise Resource Implementation Team; a position he held for 8 years before joining Imperial Africa Plc. He has attended several leadership training both locally and Internationally and has always craved excellence in his career.

John loves reading, travelling, and meeting people and he is happily married with children.

Patricia O. Asemota LLB, BL

Patricia Asemota started her professional career in the year 2008 with a private practice of law in the firm of DELE OLOKE & CO as a junior counsel in chambers of which included litigation, commercial and corporate practice, she has worked in several law firms such as BADRU OLAOGUN & CO, AWOLOWO & AWOLOWO holding various positions such as junior counsel in chambers, associate and head of chambers.

She has also worked as a company secretary by proxy for private-owned companies such as Ranbaxy Pharmaceutical Limited, Femina Hygiene etc. A graduate of the University of Abuja and currently the company secretary for Imperial Africa PLC group of companies.

HEAD I.T OFFICER

Nwanma Emmanuel O.

Emmanuel has been in the Information Technology (I.T) world for more than 7 years, ranging from Web Designing, Software development, hardware and software installation and configuration, networking, system troubleshooting and project management.

He specializes in helping companies and small businesses put their footprint in the digital world and also solve their I.T related problems with a satisfactory rate of 90%. In the last few years, He has helped dozens of clients in over 20 different industries, bringing to life their digital visions and also helping solve basic and complex I.T related problems.

He has a B.Sc. In Computer Information Science from Lead City University, Ibadan. He also holds a diploma in Computer Science Technology from Imo State Polytechnic, Umuagwo. Emmanuel was the Chief Technology Officer of Idea Tech and Terra Synergy Limited, before leaving, he contributed immensely to the development and technology renovation of the Companies. Emmanuel has bagged numerous certificates relating to Information Technology
